The Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS) is known and implemented by BD|SENSORS GmbH.

REACH conformity
As a downstream user acc. to the Regulation (EC) no. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), as well as the Regulation (EC) 453/2010 of the Commission, BD|SENSORS GmbH declares knowledge and implementation of its contents.
