About the BDS Group

BDS Group is the brand of our group, established in 2023 with the aim of globally connecting our product and commercial activities.

However, our story began much earlier—in 1992, with the founding of BD SENSORS s.r.o. in Buchlovice. The founders, Karel Mareček and Libor Šimoník, together with the support of partners in Germany, laid the foundations of a company that has gradually grown into a significant player in the field of pressure measurement and control.

From the very beginning, we have focused on:

Over more than 30 years, we have significantly expanded both our portfolio and technological focus. Today, our solutions are used not only in industry, but also in the fields of IoT, biometric systems, and space applications.

Our Group

Over time, we have expanded our activities to include additional brands that today form part of the BDS Group. However, our values and DNA remain the same.

The Group operates under the holding structure of KAYA Industry. Its goal is to support the development of individual brands as well as the Group as a whole, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, a clear strategy, and a long-term vision.

Our identity reflects organic growth and the continuous development of both people and technologies.
