Machining
BD SENSORS has twenty CNC lathes, one CNC milling machine and other handheld conventional machines such as lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders, threading machines, etc. Parts machining is precise and highly automated thanks to Miyano, Emco and Mori-Seiki lathes. For turning and milling, the standard tolerance is 0.05 mm, preferably 0.02 mm. The dimensions are carefully controlled using sliding gauges, altimeters, micrometers and 3D coordinate touch systems.
Clean room
Cleanroom is a space with defined indoor environment quality that is determined by particle concentration and clean air temperature. At BD SENSORS we have the clean room of class 10 000/100 and the semiconductor strain gauge chip processing, robotic chip bonding, AU or AL chip contacting and sensor filling with silicone oil under vacuum is done here.
Welding
An integral part of the BD SENSORS production program is welding. Different welding methods are suitable for different types of welds and materials, so we are equipped with laser, robotic laser, plasma and pulse resistance welding and hard vacuum soldering. As a result, many types of materials and joints can be welded here.
Robotic production
BD SENSORS strives to achieve the goal of a fully automated Industry 4.0 based production. For this purpose, two robotic nests were newly built for the manufacture of mechanical components for pressure gauges. As a result, we achieve high efficiency throughout the entire production process.
